1. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under specific conditions:
- Clients must submit a formal refund request with a valid reason
- Refunds are reviewed and processed within 7 business days
- Refund eligibility depends on project progress, service type, and contract terms
- No refunds are issued for completed services or delivered digital products unless a critical failure is proven
2. Return Policy (for physical items only)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was ours
- We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation
3. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via dashboard or written request
- Active service projects require a valid reason for cancellation
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, partial charges may apply
- Genius Nested Software reserves the right to cancel or suspend services for fraud, non-payment, or inactivity
